If you do not already have a booking with MyTrainTicket and would like help purchasing a ticket, please contact us.
If you have an enquiry about an existing booking with MyTrainTicket, please choose an option below which is appropriate to your booking.

You can call us on 0333 772 1610 Our support team are available to take your call 5 days a week from 8.30am until 6.00pm.
If you have an urgent matter to address outside of the hours mentioned above, please leave a message on our voicemail and/or email us at info@mytrainticket.co.uk where one of our operatives will acknowledge and action as soon as possible.
Please Note that over the Christmas and New Year Period, we will be operating a limited support service. Normal Weekend/Out of Hours Service will be applied, so please leave a message on our support line should anything require urgent attention over this period. Our support team will action as soon as possible.
