    If you have an equiry about an existing booking with MyTrainTicket, please choose an option below which is appropriate to your booking.


    You can call us on 0871 244 1545* or 0333 202 2222. Our support team are available to take your call 7 days a week from 8am until 10pm.

    *Please note that calls to 0871 numbers cost 10p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other operators and from outside the UK may cost more

    Did you know amending your journey or the cancellation of tickets can be completed online by logging into My Account.
